Had a great time at Stage 119. Has a cool layout and it's comfy and cozy enough. I didn't use the bar nor bathrooms, but my group seemed to like it. I went to see 7th Heaven for the first time and the venue was perfect for it. Only thing that I didn't love was the columns that can obstruct vision at times, but it wasn't terrible. All in all, it was a good experience.

Very basic stage, sound system, and lighting system compared to other venues. I honestly think the sound and lighting systems could be way better and it's like they have a quarter of what other venues use. Regardless, still had a good time here seeing Blackened. Train station is super close by and there is a parking garage next to the place. Make sure to make a reservation if eating at Modern Plate as the place gets packed and the food/drinks are good.

This place is the best thing about Elmhurst. It’s the most fun you can have in the suburbs. They book phenomenal acts with legitimate, high production stage shows. The venue is a perfect mix of casual seating and a large dance floor. The staff are fantastic. You can eat at Modern Plate (which is connected to the venue) and you would never even know that on the other side of the wall there’s paradise. If you’re looking for a night out, Stage 119 should be at the top of your list. Selfishly, I want everyone to go so that this place stays open.
